Stand hostess greets guests, guides them, takes registrations and helps with basic hospitality (Operational). Fair model typically stands by the product for visual promotion and becomes the brand face (Visual). Stand hostess communicates more actively.
When you share your fair dates and criteria, we send you a portfolio (Lookbook) with photos of available candidates. You select the candidates you like from this list to build your team.
They typically arrive at the booth 30 minutes before fair opening (around 09:30) and serve until closing (18:00-19:00). There are lunch and short rest breaks during the day.
Our standard stand hostesses have basic greeting English ("Welcome", "Please have a seat", etc.). If you need language support for commercial negotiations or product presentations, choose our "Interpreter Hostess" service.
Usually corporate and elegant outfits like black dress or black suit (jacket-skirt/pants) are worn. If your company has a special uniform or promotional outfit, they can wear those with prior notice.
